Here in our Galloway location we took the best of Atlantic City and Hammonton and created Tripician's Original Jersey Blueberry Fudge. You won't find it anywhere else. Using only ripe, plump Jersey blueberries from the sandy loam of the Hammonton Pine barrens we cook them into our cream and butter fudge, never adding dyes or flavorings. The fudge takes on a purple color from the berry alone. We'll continue to make fresh Jersey Blueberry Fudge until the blueberries run their course sometime in August. The Best Seller is in high demand and always fresh for you to take home. Available in 1/4 Lb pieces, "fudge muffins" and one-pound gift-wrapped gift boxes.
