Gaetano Carl Tripician a man of Atantic City's History
Apparently G. Carl Tripician enjoyed the outdoors, too. I am not sure who the young man is with him, He hunted deer and pheasant while enjoying some time away from his boardwalk Macaroon adnd Salt Wtaer Taffy stores of Atlantic City, NJ. Gaetano Carl passed at the age of 88 in 1974. Five years later his niece Phyllis Douglass (nee Tripician) would move the last of his four stores off the boardwalk and onto the mainland on Rt 30 in Absecon, NJ. Today Almond and Coconut Macaroons are still being made using the same family recipes.
