TRIPICIAN’S GUARANTEE and RETURN POLICY:
G. Carl Tripician is very proud of our fine products. We guarantee satisfaction with all our products. We guarantee our products to arrive in excellent condition at the time of delivery to the address we are originally given if delivery can be made when first attempted. Please check shipping addresses carefully and provide a complete street address. Delivery services will not forward our packages and our perishable gifts cannot withstand reshipping. Therefore, we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an inaccurate address.
All sales are final.
We believe customers deserve superior quality and freshness for their money. If you are not pleased with the quality of your item you must contact us within 48 hours. Customer must initiate a return of unused portion within two business days of receipt of item. Return is at customer's expense. We will gladly replace the gift or issue In-store credit for the cost of the item for use at a future date once the item is received back and inspected.
We cannot guarantee the shipment of chocolates, chocolate covered pretzels, or any items which may melt between May 1st and September 1st. Customer ordering and shipping any such items are doing so at their own risk.
Shipping charges are per address. Multiple box packaging to a single address may require additional postage.
